Enjoy worry-free hair days with our strand assurance guarantee! When you buy the recommended haircare along with your dream extensions, you automatically get our extended product guarantee. That means if any manufacturing mishaps pop up, you're covered! We totally stand behind our products. While we can't promise you'll never face a hair hiccup, we can promise that if you do, we've got your back and we'll fix it in no time!

This extended hair guarantee covers you for 180 days from the date of purchase.

Our strand assurance guarantee will only activate if you purchase and use Extensions Darling haircare products alongside your extensions. This must include approximately 1L of shampoo, 1L of Conditioner and 90ml of argan oil and you must be able to provide proof of purchase of both the hair extensions & aftercare.

What is covered

Any defects from a manufacturing including shedding; matting; breakage; discolouration*; or faulty materials

How to make a claim

  1. Contact us via email at hello@extensionsdarling.com to report the fault.
  2. We will then send you a report form to fill in within 7 days.
  3. We may request to have the hair extensions sent back to us for inspection.
  4. The team will then inspect the hair and be in touch with a resolution.

Resoloution

The team will be in touch and if the hair is deemed to have a fault/defect then we can replace or refund your hair. This will include postage but not fitting/maintenance.

What we cant cover

General wear from usage; heat damage; accidental damage; damage caused by modifying your hair(including toning and colouring); discolouration by products or chlorine.

Strand assurance is subject to the following:

  • The hair must be fit correctly and by a qualified technician
  • You must have had regular maintenance appointments
  • The recommended haircare products must have been purchased and used
  • The haircare products must have been purchased within 7 days of having your hair fitted

* Discolouration will only be deemed as a fault if reported within the first 7 days after fitting.
