Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), with same-day dispatch for orders placed before 1:30pm GMT.

UK Delivery Options

Includes Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery fee is £3.49, FREE when you spend over £30.00.

We aim to deliver your order within 2–4 working days from the date it is handed over to our courier; however, this timeframe is not guaranteed.

Express Delivery

Our express delivery fee is £4.99.

We aim to deliver your order within 1–2 working days from the date it is handed over to our courier; however, this timeframe is not guaranteed.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available free of charge from our office in Staplehurst, Kent.

Orders are usually ready within 2 hours. Collection is available Monday to Friday before 4pm.

Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, customs processes, or other force majeure events.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate address information supplied by the customer.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. Where a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, we reserve the right to request that customers cooperate with any investigation carried out by the courier before a replacement or refund is considered.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the expected delivery date so that we can investigate with the courier.

In the unlikely event that a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, our liability shall be limited to either replacement of the products or a refund of the purchase price.
